MARAS MORAY SALT MINES BIKE TOUR

We'll pick you up from your hotel in Cusco at 8:00 a.m. and head to the town of Chinchero. We'll arrive at 9:00 a.m. Our starting point is about 15 minutes from this town. We'll put on our safety gear (helmet and gloves) and begin our cycling experience. The first point we'll visit is the Huaypo Lagoon viewpoint.

We'll continue our bike ride through the town of Cruzpata. After a 1-hour bike ride, we'll reach a crossroads where our transportation will be waiting for us. We'll load our bikes into the car and continue our tour to the community of Misminay.

In this community, we'll have a wonderful view of the Moray archaeological site. Next, we'll cycle down to the salt mines, where our guide will explain in detail the history and socioeconomic impact of the Maras village. After visiting the Maras salt mines, we will return to Cusco at around 3:00 p.m.
